Cheryl Cohen

Executive Director

“Montana is a desirable place to live, work and play. Growth is coming and will continue to come to our beautiful state. In addition to effectively and efficiently utilizing federal resources for the development of affordable homes, we’re also engaging in conversations about what it would take for private market developers to build more starter homes, smaller homes and higher density projects to help meet the needs of Montana’s working families, young couples and seniors. We’re poised to work together to identify and implement best practices and embrace innovations that will bring forth the wave of workforce housing Montana needs to support modest and middle income families, grow our businesses and strengthen our communities.”
