Signature Program

CHOICE

MHC and the Mississippi Department of Mental Health, provided a holistic statewide model in response to the housing crisis among individuals with serious mental illness (SMI) and the Olmstead case.  Mississippi legislators increased Mississippi Community Mental Health service capacity and provided financial support to MHC to develop an innovative sustainable housing solution for individuals with SMI.
