Equipped with amenities, security features and a close proximity to the bus line and grocery store, Pam feels she is now in her forever home.

Hobson Family

Lexington, KY

When Everett and Deshay Hobson’s family began to grow, they began exploring the idea of purchasing a home. Kentucky Housing Corporation’s down payment assistance program helped them accomplish this goal. By assisting them with closing and down payment costs, the program allowed the family to move into a home early in 2021, so their daughter could play all spring and summer in their new yard.
